One question I'd have about the article is how they can credit actimmune as the cause of death for a patient that died during a lung transplant.

I think by now most doctor's, but not all, are excluding advanced ipf patients from actimmune. Some Dr's I've heard of continue to use it in severe patients since some late stage patients do seem to benefit and the alternative is certain.
