1441 is "serious" consequences not "grave"... Now if you would like to claim that: serious = grave = "all necessary means" = "military means" Then you should provide some source where those terms are well defined....which you won't find. In which case it is up to the security council to decide as a body what those consequences will be at that time....which is what the intent of par 12 of 1441 was. If you want to play semantics games with the words of par 12 of 1441 to say it doens't than it becomes an extraneous paragraph. jttmab
