Lindy, in democracies, it's not the driver who owns the car. The passengers are the ones who decide how it's driven and where it goes. When they don't like the driving skills or planned destination, of course they whine.


I don't know how you blokes do it in NZ, but here, once someone is appointed driver, you have the courtesy to shut up about his driving skills until the trip is over.
