There is certainly no shortage of companies in Silicon Valley that have never had any legitimate, profitable business performance, and the chickens are finally coming home to roost.

I doubt anyone can come up with even 50 of these, at this point.

Options expensing or not does not make a company non-viable. If they have positive cash flow, and there is no looming debt out there, then the company is legitimate imo.
