Iraq is in violation of the cease fire. This is ample justification on its own.

If the ICC is so threatening, why did they not prosecute Clinton for bombing Iraq, Kosovo and Serbia?

They took part in military operations in the 1991 war. So in theory, yes.

Fact of the matter is there is absolutely no legal justification, under intenrational law, for this war.

I agree. Though the US doesn't believe that international law applies to the US....or Israel.
