No Streisand is a liberal. Kerry has been avoiding her, by the way. They dont really want her support. I heard that from the top. Gore however is a populist moderate. He was unfairly maligned in 200 (plus cheated out of the election) but he was not a strong enough candidate. SHould have had the cojones to defend himself and pick Kerry as a running mate. If he had, he'd be prez now despite the Florida cheating, and our economy would be 50% better. Afghanistan would be cleared too. But probably not Iraq. Though Lieberman would have lobbied for it.
