The thing is, I don't have a Mac. It's my friend, and though I did send her tc's suggestion, she's a techno-phobe and will never do it. She just learned to copy/paste, and had no idea you could change the size of a window or bring up more than one at a time. She called me a few days ago all upset because her inbox was suddenly in reverse chronological order and she had no idea what to do. Did you find the problem I described mysterious? I did, but I figured it was because it was a Mac problem so I hadn't run into it. I am going to suggest she get somebody in to help her with this, and also send her a link to the site you suggest. Thank you! (She could also just live with it, since it works, I guess.)
