That is so sad. I feel sorry for you when you show how little you know about the things you so love posting on, not to mention harassing others to reply to the stuff you post.

Here, another reminder of what IHL is, so you will not confuse it with the human rights declarations:

International humanitarian law (IHL) is the body of rules which, in wartime, protects people who are not or are no longer participating in the hostilities. Its central purpose is to limit and prevent human suffering in times of armed conflict.
