I have not explained my opinion well. I never said or implied the soldier deliberately killed the passengers or violated his orders.

I was objecting to Michael saying that probably this was a suicide/bombing. And maybe the driver jumped out and sacrificed the women and children. That guessing is offensive to me. To use it to justify the shooting is offensive.

If you're saying the soldier made the decision from fear, or confusion, I believe that. Just don't pretend it was a foiled suicide bomb using fifteen women and children. Which I think is your position, though maybe I misunderstand.
