Summary: The inspectors had already found shells capable of holding chemicals The chemicals will not be found in the field, but only in a few secure vaults, until an order has been given to use them If only Saddam and his two sons had keys to the vaults, and they were killed in the first attack. nobody else could get at them without a great deal of trouble. So we will probably find many shells and some decontamination trucks but will have to look hard to find the chemicals if nobody gives the order to use them But they will be found Sig I left out missiles purposely, but the same would apply
