Aside from the degree of disregard for other lives, I am not sure disregard for other lives is occuring in the current conflict, by the people involved in the conflict. In times of war, unintended casualties are a fact of life. When a casualty is found, I believe appropriate steps are being taken, to the best abilities that a war scenario permits. (and unless proven wrong, I believe this applies to all parties in this war). Thats as far as I am willing to go in this discussion.
