One thing to note is that there are 200,000+ Iraqis in Iran. Iran is claiming that many of these people want to go back to Iraq and that Iran has no right to prevent their return. US is claiming that these people have political agendas. They may both be right. Iran is host to a lot of Iraqi opposition and if I were one of them, there would be no time like the present to go back. I would do this with or without Iran's permission. The irony is that these same people that Rummy has been protesting, are the best people to get rid of Saddam's forces inside the cities. So may be Rummy is making too much noise for nothing.
