or u could subscribe to a weekly lottery ticket for her, for a buck a week and wait, if your daughter is young enough to reap the rewards if she hits the right number. At a buck a ticket, its worth a speculation, and the payoff is much better than the stock market.

The investment cost less, and the payoff is much better. It's a no brainer!
