company on the ropes for having to post 12 billion bond, which it doesn't have. is threatening to stop making payments to states and possibly filing BK. states will now have to come to the rescue of their former enemy to continue receive sugar daddy infusions of desperately needed funds, most of which have already been spent.

looks to me that a trade up to the low to mid 30's is very doable on resoution of this bond issue. I just can't believe the states will allow MO to stop the payments or go BK. larry
