First of all, I'm not an economist, so all this comes from sort of a fence-sitting through the last few years of world economy. Of course there's advantages to the reserve currency. But any currency is a fiat money, even when it's a reserve currency. Re zero-sum game, I guess I stand corrected, it's a win-win situation, (but where some can win big and some can win small or even lose). The situation is also slanted a little, because US control the printing - and Im not talking Fed -.
