Iraq is a special case, due to the extreme violence of the regime. I really don't see the US using Iraq as a jumping off place to go after Iran or Syria, no matter what others may say.

Iran is another special case. There are so many people in Iran who want freedom, that they may be able to achieve it from within, without a lot of bloodshed.

Every country is a special case, more or less.
