I can't even begin to tell you how ridiculous it is to hold up some women's rights issue as defense of this war. First of all, the Bush administration is NOT friendly towards women's issues AT ALL, this is domestically. The vast majority of women in this country do not want RoeVWade overturned but in typical Bush fashion he and his old crony friends drive the issue down the public's throats anyway. A Bush appointee to the supreme court is the worst possible political event as far as women are concerned.

Unless the republican party can divorce itself from the religious right, they will continue to be anti-woman.
