I wonder if it will be like Iran 1953-1979, which was under joint US/Israeli occupation. Maybe the Israelis are smart enough this time to avoid the paper trail. Tom

They certainly have, even as they have various spokesentities backpedling. I believe US has made it clear that Iraq will be under US administration, and not that of the UN. It'll be interesting to see how they launder the flow of funds, now that a few are paying attention. Usually, it's the second- and third-position. I.e., the prime contractor hires subs who pay the sub-subs who direct the payoffs. The only way to get accountability is ruthless complete disclosure and transparency on every public dollar, program and person involved. Not likely. But, do the math - watch as prices skyrocket and nondisclosure for everything, just like a DOD contract, since it's the same criminal profiteers involved.
