ok, here it goes 1)Have you ever given your "research" to those who traded on it before it was "published?" I have no idea 2) If so, did any consideration, monetarily or otherwise (e.g. free access to expensive web site) flow to you from that person or his associates? Nope 3) Did you have a reason to believe that the person to whom you provided advance research would trade on that information? I am sure people might have but sharing research with others is no crime.
