Everything you said (The cruisers are being designed for...', 'The full system... spreads out for as much as two decades.') confirmed what I had said previously about how early we are in this process yet... and how many years to go before anything like a robust system is deployed. You also fail to understand the significant differences between Reagan's SDI plan... and Bush II's scaled-down ABM roll-out... and you have no comments AT ALL regarding the 'nuke in a cargo container' scenario which bypasses them both, or the implications of 'relaxed' testing criteria. Why am I not surprised that you live in your own pretty-pink-fantasy world... where reality never intrudes?
