Sidney, I think that can change if the post-Hussein government proceeds as it did in Afghanistan. But yes, I think the United States has to prove that its intentions are good, so the skepticism is understandable.

If they oppress, kill and most importantly threaten America by supporting terrorism they should be VERY SCARED indeed. If they are not a threat to America and uphold freedom they could not find a better friend and will have no fear at all. Believe it or not there are a lot of people in the world that embrace our views.
