oil engineers now revealing updates on Iraqi oil fields
at least the fields down in southern Iraq

they will require several months of refitting, renovation, and repair
the sabotage is being evaluated
but also, they have been neglected for ten years

no new production will occur until next year, is my guess
with perhaps over a $1 billion price tag
maybe $3B

Iraqis are sadly mistaken if they think USA will fork over receipts of the first year of oil sales
no way
that goes to cover costs of enforcing NO-FLY ZONE
then to cover the costs of the Gulf War II (unknown and rising)
over time, the real motives for this war will be clear
painfully clear
sure, a few 100 jobs paying $5 per day to Umm Qasr
big effing deal

MEANWHILE THE BILLIONS IN OIL REVENUE WILL BE CONFISCATED !!!
