Rap, I have cable broadband and one pc is wired to the router, the other wireless. Gottfried

Rap, I have the same Linksys wireless router as Gottfried, but I also installed the Linksys Wireless Signal Booster(WSB)with the router. The WSB boosts range and connection speed of PCs wirelessly connecting. Our home has three laptops that all connect wirelessly, and two desktops hardwired to the router. Router connected to cable modem.

I recommend spending the extra $70 for the WSB.
