A couple of years ago I asked John Low why insiders weren't buying ALTS stock. He told me employees and management had many shares in the form of options and most didn't need or want more (I'm paraphrasing from awhile ago, so allow room for error). I thought that was a lame answer. If a company is a bargain I would think insiders would flock to the shares. I also believe most options are way underwater, maybe someone else has data on that.

News about a contract or two for mid-size cities won't drive the share price, but putting together a couple of gaap profitable quarters will. So far Mostert has been accurate about how business is going and he is predicting profitability in the second half.

The municipal contracts are good news and show eB has legs beyond utilities, nukes, and mass transit. I'm hanging on with a fistful and would add more in the teens. I'm using Greg's last post as a buy signal. :^)

We could use an equity partner but I would hate to see a buyout when the company is on the cusp of making profits. We'll be in much better shape a year from now, good margins and increasing revs should be sweet.
