No, Emeil does not believe that Israel is the cause of the world's problems. He thinks that it is the Jews that are the cause. They are told that they should blend in as much as possible, but should make sure to control the stock market and media outlets. It allows Jews who learn to utilize them to their fullest potential to pen what even Christians believe are great works of literature, but which really are works written in code, telling other Jews of the path for global domination.
