take a look at $ndx. is that not the most bizarre thing you've seen in a while? we completely gapped over the other day's down-gap! if one gap is a magnet, what about two gaps in the same place at nearly the same time?

the 5,x,x turned up more than the 14,x,x because today's candle is replacing a red candle on the 5,x,x but a green candle on the 14,x,x. stochs are tricky buggers if you read 'em tick by tick, subject to all sorts of anomalies.
