I was looking for clues to see if there was a TA reason to be selling AFFX.

If there was I do not see it.
Not a great chart but certainly not a bad chart either.

There was that looming gap, but there are gaps all over the place on about everything.

AFFX has bounced decently off the 50Ma several times lately.
The only clue I see is that huge volume red candle (about 3-4 times normal volume) about 2 weeks ago.

Whoever had APR 25 puts just saw them go from .40 to $7 overnight.
Not a bad profit. Let's see..... $800 would get you 20 of them.
20 * 100 * 7 is = $14,000. How long to get to 340M at that rate of return as the time traveler supposedly did. Not long.
