Bonds selling off this morning again. Sure seems like a bubble bursting. Even if not a bubble bursting, it still means bonds appear to be in a major corrective phase. That has to be very bullish for stocks near term even if it means years from now, the market is a lot lower.

Thought about the effects of SARS. Could it also mean Asian money is flowing into the US? If I lived over there, I would be thinking about putting more money in Europe or America just in case Sars goes out of control in the east.
Ultimately, it can be a problem worldwide but the initial reactions will determine fund flows and my hunch is it heading to the US in a significant way.

These factors also point to an explosive rally. We can easily do better than even yesterday. Dow 9000 just around the corner!
