Rails... for awhile the press was in the dumps about why the military was 50 miles away from Baghdad for what seemed like an eternity. At the moment, it looks as though victory is here now-- so naturally the market is in rally mode. I don't believe it'll be over that easy...and I suspect we'll enjoy another round (or two) of depression from the media and the markets before this is all over. Just play the swings. Regards, Frank P.
