I Was out by the pool in the apartments I live in two days ago- all students- and the two conversations on either side of where I was sitting had to do w/ groups of students going in together to BUY homes instead of 'waste' money on rent every month. One group of 3 students and one group of 4 students pooling money to buy real estate instead of rent while still in school. That should end real nice<g>-even if they come out OK monetarily, it sounds like a complicated mess that may end a bunch of friendships etc...
