Whether he anticipated that is not an issue, have to remember that his aim is to destroy(especially the western civilization, and including Saddam).

Back to civilian shields. How would the world respond if the allies used Iraqis as human shields? That's obvious. Then why do they accept Iraqis using their own citizens as such? In past wars, the invaders did use civilians this way.

I am surprised that you like to compare your country with Iraq. I expect better from you.
