Must agree - it will be a great challenge for all parties to work out a solution which would be constructive - and at least acceptable to most. The US is fighting the war, so clearly our national interest will have to be a crucial integral part. I think it consists - primarily (but among other things) - in not allowing another saddamesque regime to recapture the country... of course, this demand in itself already contains seeds of controversy... but such is life. I'll need to think more about it. Must get back to my day job for now. Thanks.
