My experience concurs. However, EU constitution cannot be the task of a few people, given the number of states & constitutions involved. 105 does seem like overkill, though.

Genius is by definition limited to few.

And what does genius have to be with drafting the EU constitution? :-)

BTW, I was criticized today for being blind to reality out of ideological beliefs.

Let me guess - That would be the unbiased, omniscient, and gentle people of FADG who made that accusation :-)
