It shouldn't be too hard for you to realise that a woman captured in that environment is in harms way to a greater degree than a man. Having said that Iraq is the best environment for women in all the Arab nations and also Iran. So perhaps I should backtrack and say that she may not have been in greater harm than a man - but if the US is concerend at all about Arab sensibilities they should not have women fighting. But winning hearts and minds is only a fiction so what does America care. BTW we haven't heard much of Shock and Awe recently have we?
