What? Revisionist thinking, at best. Remember the 90-91 recession? Why Daddy Bush lost? Remember how Daddy left the Shiites out to dry? Told them to rise up, then sat back while they were slaughtered? Part of the reason that the Iraqis don't rise up against one of the most brutal regimes in history is their distrust of America, born of that time. Kosovo was a success. We stopped mass murder.
