No, I am not scaling in, yet. Vix and vxn are flashing some interesting divergences, but I would like to see some other extremes confirm....and a little more downside on the VIX.

Drawing from the August 00 top shows a cleaner channel that has one breakout in March 02. Using the points on the chart that you use, I have this rally having already breaking above the channel (both log and linear). If we get the A = C, SPX 975 we would be just kissing the down trendline from the September 2000 high. stockcharts.com[h,a]daclnnay[df][pb50!b200!f][iUb14]&pref=G It would have to come pretty fast, though. If it came in June the trendline would be just a little lower than it is now.
