Dropping country ratings to extort higher premium, you know just top up Brazil's risk and we rake in the cash. Re-colonization seems to be the way to as Iraq is showing right now. Wings not clipped, the US may be tempted to get the new ammo -bought by those USD80billion- and fire it on Syria. AC Flyer is gone I guess forever. Things in Europe has potential of deteriorating in the coming 18 months.
