Gary-->>What is your view between a lion brutally kill its pray and a human being humanly kill his pray in game hunting ?<< Morality is a human concept, one related to law. Many animals are cannibilistic, many eat their own offspring, and some have sex with their mothers. They are not condemned to eternal hell for these acts. However, if an American is to be condemned for gratuitous killing, then so is an Iraqi.

BTW, studies of carnivores indicate that if 3,000 hours of observation are made, an interspecies killing is observed. This is true of lions and shocked Jane Goodall when she observed this in her chimps. I have watched many more hours of humans and have not directly observed a murder. Sun, and Rousseau, speak about the inherent goodness of nature. Too bad observations don't confirm this. Aggression is wired into carnivores.
