The junta will refer to the remnants of the Iraqi "regime" as democrats. Is that a typo? Should be "liberal democrats". .....From the Arizona legislature... At a time when American lives are being sacrificed to preserve what our leaders call the American way of life, the Arizona Legislature is in the process of approving a sternly worded resolution condemning all members of what it describes as "anti-freedom, anti-self defense advocacy groups." This apparently includes U.S. Sen. John McCain. The title of House Concurrent Resolution 2025 is "Recognizing Gun Shows." It was introduced by Rep. Randy Graf and several others. The resolution isn't a new law but a statement of the Legislature's opinion, a kind of a pre-emptive strike against anyone who might propose that Arizona require background checks for those purchasing weapons at gun shows and swap meets. Eighteen states have closed the gun show "loophole," as McCain and others have called it. None of those states has eliminated the shows, which continue to thrive.... azcentral.com jttmab
