In one prevailing scheme ‘Indicom Royale’, a customer can subscribe for a CDMA based mobile service with an initial payment of Rs. 2,600 only. With monthly rental of just Rs. 450.00, the scheme also offers host of value added features like CLIP, CW, CF etc free of cost along with 570 free minutes. Another unique features of this scheme is it offers local calls at Rs. 1.10 per three minute call & STD calls at local rates made on any Tata Indicom phone. The international calls would offer 20% discount under this scheme.
In ‘Indicom Privilege’ package, customer can go mobile by paying just Rs. 3600 and with a monthly rental of Rs. 599, he gets 1200 minutes free and rate of Re. 1/- per three minutes call. The customer will also get all other benefits as per ‘Indicom Royale’ scheme.
The company also offers standard package and other plans like Indicom 450 & Indicom 599 to cater to various individual requirements. The company also offers Fixed Wireless Telephone (FWT) services and its available throughout the city with no wiring or cabling needed, quick installations are possible. Customers subscribing to this service will get a feature rich telephone instrument with phone book memory, CLIP etc. The company offers various attractive packages for FWT services as well like TIF 499, TIF 999, Talk Super Value & Talk Unlimited.
To subscribe to FWT service from TATA Indicom under any of the schemes, customer needs to pay one-time installation charges of Rs. 1000.00 and a security deposit of Rs. 3000.00, which includes deposit for feature rich FWT set as well. In TIF 499, the monthly rental is Rs. 499.00 and customers get 275 local call units free. In TIF 999, the monthly rental is Rs. 999.00 and customers get 700 free local call units free per month. Another unique feature of this scheme is after 700 calls all local calls would be charged @ Rs. 1.10 per three minutes call. In these two schemes customers will enjoy 20% discount on international call charges. In Talk Super Value, customers pay monthly rental of Rs. 999.00 and get 1000 free local call units per month. In Talk Unlimited, customers need to pay monthly rental of Rs. 2500 and get unlimited free local calls. Under all these schemes customers will get value added services like CLIP, Call Waiting & Call Forwarding etc. without any additional cost.
While tariff plans for Indicom’s Wireline Telephone services are similar to FWT schemes. The only difference is in the security deposits for various services. While in Indicom 499 & Indicom 999 security deposit is Rs. 2800.00 (inclusive of ISD services, without ISD its Rs. 1800.00), the deposit in Talk Super Value & Talk Unlimited is Rs. 1800.00 only. The TATA Indicom Wireline service also offers 3 way conferencing facilities free of cost to the subscribers.
