just tell me how with tons more unemployed in march than feb, the jobless rate stays the same? I know it does not matter to the market anymore but mathematically please tell me why or is it what they call fuzzy math?

Neat trick .. how does the unemployment rate remain unchanged while jobs disappear? Must be a "timing difference"
