Futures rising somewhat on MORE BAD news---amazing isn't it that all these numbers are met with support???? duh, no ppt exist----pleese.

You're right. There's no other conceivable reason by or for which futures (equities, fixed income, etc.) markets might rise, fall, or reverse direction during, before, or after market sessions other than the existence of a secret, market-tinkering government cartel.
