Why has Canada been slipping in the UN’s "best place to live" index? Why is their health care system plummeting? Why are they still paying for reports on the status of their health care system, while politicians don’t want to spend the money to implement those new reforms? Why their population only 31 million, while their friendly neighbors to the south have ten times that number? What makes Canada such a bad place to live, when everyone wants to live across the border?
