What is DLTO...I see it's an OTC with actual earnings and a low PE. Am hesitant to mess with otc's that were pennies and are now over $2. Could rise to $3, but could also fall back under $1. Is this just a trade for you, or a possible buy and hold, or partial hold? What do you like about DLTO.....Thanks....Keith...anybody thinking of taking a chance on MO. Heck of a dividend.....bad news brought her down...she will either go alot further down, or likely be back above $38 before long......
