As you can see from the definition. It is a form of government. John Kerry wishes by his words, which he now say's he stands by, that he wishes for a "regime " Change. IE another form of government. I t comes down to this. Either the Candidate has no idea what "Regime " means, or he is calling for the overthrow of our Constitution.
