perhaps I misunderstood your question --

but your expansion on this seems like a tautological statement ---

There are many regards in which Bush is the ONLY ONE

He is the only president of the United States. He is the only president of the world's superpower. He is the only one that could have order the attack on Iraq as he is commander in chief.

Also, he must think in his heart that he is right. Would you want a president to make decisions that he only "kinda thought" might perhaps be correct and give up power to some supra-national body in the process -- No, I don't.

I may not agree with his decision -- but Bush is no Hitler if that is what your implying -- that's just plain stupid, if that's what you mean.
