As a matter of fact we have the FATTEST "poor folk" in the history of the world. So much so, that the new fashionable Marxist/Leninist agitation is for the givaway of medical care for "poor folk's" obesity-related diseases, like heart failure and Type II diabetes.

If we're paying to feed them, why do we have to pay to keep them alive longer? Only a socialist could make sense of that...
