To the American right, the constitution is only useful as long as it can be perverted toward their needs. Bush proved that it CAN happen here. Patsy leans back and swallows EVERY DROP of his cabinet's propaganda. Bush's political suicide is as good news for America as the collapse of the Republicans. The CNN and Fox news, having backed Bush and lost the war, will now launch a barrage of vitriol against Kerry for not providing a prescription drugs to Bush. Cyberloon will swallow it whole...

I agree, If the words don't work for the left, they want to change the meaning. If the meaning they select doesn't fit, they will want to change it later. I wonder how many of these people have read or tried to read the constitution. {Most do not know who the most powerful person is in the county they live in.}{COUNTY}JMHO.

Well, at least the left acknowledges the presence of the Constitution, and appears to have read its contents. Sometimes I wonder if the same can be said of you folks on the extreme right. Let's just toss out the 1st, 4th, 5th, and 14th amendment, why don't we? The rightist appear to ignore them, anyway. But God Save the 2nd Amendment! Yes, Clinton proved that peace and prosperty CAN happen here. Sometime decidedly lacking during recent Republican administrations.
