It is something to give an air of legitimacy to what other folks have already decided to do -- or condemn what a bunch of countries don't want another country to do. That's it. It is powerless and will remain so. As I said -- it is dishonest. There are no "United Nations" -- nations are united only to the extent that they agree on certain matters amongst themselves -- you ought to be able to understand that from history.
