I elect a person to best represent my views (that's limited choice)-- they don't act and shouldn't act, IMO, according to a popular poll. It's a representative form of government. Ex post facto, I may vote for someone else if a president engages us in a war I don't agree with -- but that does nothing about the current conflict ... It would be better that the Congress retained the power to wage war and didn't abrogate its responsibility, but that's another matter ... I think the market is going to take a major hit on Tues or Wed on next week -- what say you? <g>
